About Us

Designed by Dr. Craig Wilson, the Offline Campus has roots that can be traced back to his deep-seeded motivation to provide educational outreach to students worldwide. It began with outreach extended to him to begin his collegiate studies and was accelerated by his 2002 dissertation about a tuition-free model allowing students to enroll in online degree programs regardless of ability to pay.

 The Offline Campus team comprises educators, engineers, and customer support professionals who are committed to offering digital course content to learners without internet access. Our content includes various online learning features such as video, audio, text, PDFs, and scored assessments. 

While on an Alaskan cruise with his family, Craig convinced them to let him "field-test" the Offline Campus while at sea with no internet connection. Thankfully, it performed well and he was able to accompany the family to a wonderful dinner later that evening!
